International Midyat Culture and Art Festival

Preparations for the “2nd International Midyat Culture and Art Festival” in the Midyat district of Mardin are approaching their last days. The program flow of the “2nd International Midyat Culture and Art Festival”, organized by the Midyat District Governorship and the Midyat Municipality in order to introduce the culture, art, life, food, handicrafts, historical places, silver and stone workmanship of the district, has started to be announced.

The program will start on September 6 with a semi-open bus at 16:00 in front of the Midyat Municipality and after the festival torch is lit in the Midyat Gümüşçüler market, it will pass to the festival area accompanied by the drum and zurna. The festival will continue for three days with the slogan “Three days and three nights Midyat”.
